Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 3 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
 
Please Note:
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return Policy

We accept returns given a valid reason of returning.

Please Note:

• ​It's necessary to create a clear unboxing video of what you received in package, showing the order number and all details related to the courier along with product to be eligible for Exchange/Return

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed. As, by that time, the item will be packed and waiting for pickup.
 
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at hi@eclectiq.in with the subject “Order Number + Context”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

International Orders

We do have international shipping. However, since the charges vary widely due to different regions around the globe, we request our customers to pay for shipping and other related fees to ensure smooth execution of the order.
